    Ed Jamieson, Chief Executive Officer Add this

    Ed Jamieson is the CEO of G4S Cash Solutions (Canada) Ltd.

    Prior to joining G4S, Ed was President of the Airport Services Division (ASD) of Cara Operations, Canada’s leading provider of food and logistics services to the airline industry.  Before joining Cara he spent twenty years in the medical supply industry, with the last ten as President and CEO of Calea, Canada’s leading Specialty Pharmaceutical Services Company.

    He has an extensive background and a wealth of experience in logistics and innovation.  In the 1980’s he led one of North America’s first Supplier/Customer supply chain integration projects that redefined the relationship between Buyer and Supplier and created substantial value for both partners.  In 1992 he started Canada’s first commercial home infusion service providing complex drug therapies in the comfort and security of patient’s home.

    Ed holds a Honours Bachelors Degree in Arts from Carleton University, a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from University of Windsor, as well as an MBA.

  • Han

    Han Koren, Chief Operating Officer Add this

    Han is responsible for all operations across Canada and for the execution of key projects to improve the business.

    He is a leader who motivates and builds strong teams that strive towards continuous improvement.

    Prior to his move to G4S Canada, Han was Chief Operating Officer of the Cash Solutions business in the Netherlands. He also has extensive experience in leadership roles within global logistics organizations like TNT and retail organizations like Hema in the Netherlands.

    Han holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Groningen. He is currently participating in the international Leadership program set up by G4S and the University of Manchester.

  • Bill

    Bill Oliver, Vice President, Sales Add this

    As Vice President of Sales, Bill leads the sales team responsible for business development and account retention. As well, he is responsible for setting the overall sales direction and strategy for the company.

    Bill joined G4S in 2008 and prior to that held progressively senior sales leadership roles at Scotiabank.

    Bill graduated from York University with an MBA.

  • Alain

    Alain Roy, Chief Financial Officer Add this

    As Chief Financial Officer and as a bilingual senior executive, Alain is responsible for all financial matters for G4S Cash Solutions (Canada) Ltd. A primary focus for Alain is to position his staff to support other functional areas of the organization.

    Formerly V.P Finance at CARA Airline Solutions, Alain also spent much of his career in the consumer packaged goods industry, including controllership roles at General Mills Canada Inc, which also included a US posting in Minnesota.

    Alain holds an MBA from York University, and also has a C.G.A designation.

    Mary Bayne, Vice President, Human Resources Add this

    Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of human resource initiatives to drive business performance, Mary is a senior human resources professional with a strong generalist background.

    Prior experience includes leadership human resource roles in manufacturing at Hanson Building Products America, in the public sector, medical products manufacturing and in retail.

    Mary holds a B.A. from Trent University.

    Fred Hannah, Vice President, Security Add this

    Appointed to the role in 2006, Fred is responsible for risk management at the Canadian operations of G4S Cash Solutions.

    Fred has over twenty-five years experience in the cash solutions industry, both at a predecessor company and a major competitor, holding positions in CIT operations, cash reconciliation, operations support, and project management.

  • Glenn

    Glenn Wood, Vice President, Information Technology Add this

    Responsible for both the strategic direction and operational presence of IT in G4S Cash Solutions Canada, Glenn is a seasoned information technology executive with significant expertise in both logistics and retail systems.

    Glenn is an experienced results-oriented leader who ensures alignment of business and IT. He is a strong change agent and strives to deliver systems which drive business benefit.

    Previously Glenn was Director, I.S. for The Beer Store. Prior to this he was Director, I.S. for Pharma Plus Drug Marts Ltd.

    Glenn has well over 20 years of Senior IT Management experience; and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

  • Mark

    Mark Burton, General Counsel Add this

    Mark began his career in private practice as an associate with a large Toronto law firm where he gained experience in a variety of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions and large financing transactions.  In 2001 he took a position as in-house counsel with Canada’s largest courier company where he was responsible for a broad portfolio of legal affairs including sales and marketing, intellectual property and litigation management.  Mark joined G4S Cash Solutions (Canada) Ltd. in 2008 as General Counsel and provides legal advice on a variety of issues as well as managing external legal services for the company. 

    Mark is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.  He obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from Wilfrid Laurier University before attending Law School at the University of Western Ontario.
