PFI and PPP

G4S has been at the forefront of the Private Finance Initiative (PFI), which provides a means of delivering new public service projects using private finance and service providers in partnership with the public sector. Similarly, we have been a pioneer of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) enabling governments to share investment, risk and responsibility amongst their partners. The underlying logic remains that both the public and the private sector have unique characteristics that provide them with advantages in specific aspects of service and project delivery.

Facilities Management

We provide both hard and soft Facilities Management services for public and private sector organizations within custody, justice, healthcare, education, government and commercial facilities.

Our customers’ buildings are critical assets that have to be maintained to high standards in compliance with all relevant professional guidance and legislation.

Soft Facilities

We provide a wide range of soft facilities management services, either directly or through the effective management of approved specialist partners, sub-contractors and suppliers.
